Stretching is an important part of your exercise routine, especially during the “Stay at Home Orders” for Covid-19. Our “normal” routines have changed. We sit for hours leaning over our computers, watching an endless array of YouTube videos, scouring through Facebook, and attending Zoom parties with friends, family or business colleagues. We watch more television than before binging on series like Tiger King, taking advantage of free offers from Hulu and Epix, or, like me, watching endless movies on Turner Classic Movies.
