  • If you do seek out a professional, whom would you go see?  Would it be your general practitioner, or an alternative practitioner such as a chiropractor, massage therapist or acupuncturist?
  • How would you describe your understanding of your body?
  • Do you maintain a healthy diet?
  • What should you eat? What should you avoid?
  • Do you have formula for taking care of your body? If so, what is it?
  • Do you have an exercise program? If so, why do you feel this particular fitness routine is good for you?
  • Have you changed your fitness routine in the last year?
  • How much sleep do you get? Do you feel you get enough sleep for your body and mind to function efficiently? If not, what healthy steps do you plan to take to change your sleep patterns?
