Lori Michiel Fitness teaches one of the Keep it Moving classes hosted by the Village at Northridge. The classes are part of the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, which designed specifically for people with arthritis and uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion and helps maintain muscle strength. Different classes are available to match your fitness level with workouts including sitting, standing or floor exercises.
Lori’s classes are take place in the Grove Room on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. If you’d like to attend, call The Village at Northridge at 818-812-4600 to RSVP and to get an updated schedule of class times.
