Lori presented “Improving Your Balance to Stay Vertical” at the Senior Congress on March 13, 2024.
A well-attended, annual gathering, Lori garnered praise for her talk. One attendee commented, “…. I personally have had balance issues, maybe I need you or someone on your team and the first exercise of standing up and slightly closing your eyes had me so imbalanced. Thank you, thank you for your spirit, insight and expertise.”
This was the 20th Senior Congress, “Live Longer, Stronger & Better” was presented by the Conejo/Las Virgenes Future Foundation at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Westlake Village. Other featured speakers addressed subjects concerning loneliness, brain health and contentment.
