Her coursework includes a wide array of courses for working with special populations and seniors, including arthritis, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, MS, and Osteoporosis.
With more than a decade in the industry, Lori is a trainer, teacher and passionate advocate for fitness. She specializes in helping active adults and seniors fulfill their physical potential and experience the joy of being healthier and more active in their lives.
