Antionette has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 20 years. She is passionate about working with others to achieve their fitness goals no matter their age or abilities. She has dedicated herself to sharing her experience and knowledge with others by helping them find ways to improve strength, endurance, mobility and self-confidence for activities of daily living, overall health and wellness.
As a trained ballet dancer in her younger years, Antoinette gravitated toward group exercise, it also ignited a love for all things fitness, a desire to learn more and help others on their fitness journey. She is certified through the American Council of Exercise as a group instructor and the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. While teaching classes and personal training for multiple fitness facilities, she also worked for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society helping participants train to cross the finish line in their chosen marathons.
After relocating to the Inland Empire from the San Fernando Valley in 2004 with her husband and four children, she has served the community of Claremont at the Claremont Club, working with fitness enthusiasts, deconditioned adults, athletes and children in addition to a diverse group of individuals or groups with cancer, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, spinal cord injuries and obesity. While at the Claremont Club, she led an Adult Cancer Survivor Wellness program for nine years and taught classes for other special population programs including Parkinson’s Cycle and Pediatric Cancer Wellness. For the last seven years she has served as the Group Fitness Director for the Claremont Club and certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor.
