Jade is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer. She has worked with all ages, ranging from the youths to the senior population since 2005.
Her clients have included kids with disabilities, teens that are coming into their bodies searching for guidance and clarity, to adults seeking strength and a heathy lifestyle and seniors keeping their bodies strong, agile and flexible.
Among Jade’s favorite clients to train are seniors. She is dedicated to keeping seniors independent, mobile, capable and healthy. With her extensive knowledge, experience and caring approach, she has made a positive impact on the lives of many older adults looking to improve their health and well-being. Senior fitness is a crucial aspect of healthy aging and is achieved by helping maintain an overall quality of life. Jade recognizes the unique needs and challenges that seniors face when it comes to physical activity, and her sessions are accomplished to address both capabilities and specific concerns.
Jade focuses on functional fitness, concentrating on exercises that improve balance, flexibility, coordination and core strength, all of which are essential for performing daily activities and preventing falls.
