Brian has been working with special populations as a personal trainer since 2012. He has addressed chronic metabolic, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular conditions.
Currently, he oversees all fitness programming in a senior living community of over 300 independent and assisted living residents. His programs have included fall prevention, balance, range of motion, flexibility and strength training.
Brian earned a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. His personal training certification is from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and he is a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher.
