Ricky has worked with seniors with chronic conditions and movement limitations. He sees clients with arthritis, mobility dysfunction and neurological-related balance challenges. He has also had clients in post-rehabilitation recovery and joint replacement. His approach combines biomechanics, mobility training and sustainable strength development to help older adults remain active, independent and confident.
He began his fitness career in 2006, and earned his MBA from Ohio University shortly thereafter. Ricky holds 30+ fitness certifications including Corrective Exercise, Stretching and Flexibility, Behavior Change, Women’s Fitness and CPR/AED. He works with seniors to improve strength, posture, flexibility, cardiovascular health and overall quality of life through individualized fitness programs.
Ricky skills include corrective exercise and performance coaching, with a strong focus on adults and seniors. Previously serving as Director of Personal Training at LA Fitness and Senior Coach at Equinox Beverly Hills, Ricky worked with seniors undergoing age-related strength decline.
