Lisette, trainer for seniors at Lori Michiel Fitness

Lisette has been guiding seniors in health, fitness and holistic wellness since 2005, combining traditional strength training with yoga, meditation, breathwork, flexibility and mindful movement. She helps seniors feel stronger, more confident, and energized.

Lisette is deeply committed to helping Seniors stay active, independent and engaged. She works closely with physical therapists to support clients with arthritis, joint pain, injuries, pre- and post-surgery recovery, rehabilitation and cognitive or other health challenges.

Her programs focus on enhancing mobility, improving strength and coordination, and encouraging safe, sustainable movement patterns—helping seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life.

A trained dancer in styles such as South Indian classical, Ballroom and International Latin, Lisette is currently exploring West Coast Swing. She is a vegetarian who follows a plant-based lifestyle, loves animals, enjoys hiking and gardening and brings warmth, energy, and inspiration to every session. She helps seniors feel empowered, capable and excited about movement—guiding you or your loved one to experience the same joy in staying strong, active and vibrant.
