Kristina has been in the fitness industry since 2015. She has built a reputation as a highly skilled and passionate professional dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of clients at all fitness levels. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals ranging from beginners to elite athletes, from youngsters to the young-at-heart, customizing programs to suit each client’s unique goals. Kristina brings an expert understanding of human movement, exercise science and injury prevention to every training session.
She has worked at the YMCA as an instructor of senior exercise classes and with the Multiple Sclerosis Society as the head of the open gym program that provided exercise in a group setting to individuals with any disability.
Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CSUN after receiving her AA in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Santa Barbara City College. She has a Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Her passion is to help others live well through fitness and exercise. Kristina’s extensive knowledge and commitment to personalized care ensures every client receives the support needed to reach their full potential.
