Kayla is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) since 2012. In addition to one-on-one training, she has also taught a variety of toning and stretching classes throughout Los Angeles.
She recently completed Yoga Teacher Training to better serve the needs of her active senior clients. She has helped individuals with a variety of physical issues including arthritis, osteoporosis, spinal fusion, knee and shoulder limitations, plantar fasciitis and breast cancer.
Workouts with Kayla are based on the individual client’s activity preferences and include movements, which are the foundation to making the tasks of daily living easier. Her warm enthusiasm and ability to create fun, safe and effective workouts have enabled and inspired her clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
